About Me, Lily Scheyhing

I’ve always considered myself active and moderately healthy (despite a decades old addiction to sugar) because I discovered early on that my mental health was better when I exercised. I needed the exertion to release stress and frustrations. Having been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which affects my daily capability, I’ve become more gentle with myself, while focusing on what I can do in any given day. Small, accessible steps.

I want to share my experience of the messy process of finding balance, so that you may attain the same.

I bring 15 years of experience as a counselor, mentor, teacher, and tutor. I’ve worked across the world to provide health-based programming and have helped countless youth, adults, and seniors in finding their strength, gentleness, and a solution that works for them. My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and client-centered. I can’t wait to meet you to learn more about how I can guide you on your journey.
